Drizzy DM Engine is a private messaging automation tool operated by Drizzy LTDA. It connects to Instagram professional accounts managed by us, via Meta's official APIs, to reply to comments and direct messages.
We process Instagram messages, comments, and basic public profile data (username, name, profile picture) of people who interact with our managed accounts, solely to respond to their requests. Data is stored on our own private servers.
We do not sell personal data, do not share it with third parties beyond Meta's platform, and do not use it for advertising profiles.
Conversation data is retained only while needed to serve the conversation. To request deletion of your data, send a direct message with the word DELETE to the account you interacted with, or contact us at the email below.
